VATA
A nutritive, strengthening, calming, and grounding diet is best for Vata people.
Food should be warm, heavy, and moist.

Spices to cook with in generous amounts are: asafoetida, rock salt, garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and ajwan.

The quantity? Because your body will go under a change with the different types of meals, you don’t want to also put the pressure of measuring and undereating. Just make sure you are eating at 70-75% of your capacity.

PITTA
A cooling, calming, cleansing, and nurturing diet is best for Pitta people.
