How can you apply Intermittent Fasting (IF) with Ayurveda? Isn’t fasting bad for the doshas, specially Vata?

The answer is: it depends.

Oftentimes our perfectionist minds tend to strip Ayurveda from its meaning as Science of Life, which to us at Prana app really means adapting life as intuitively as possible to the unique space and time in which we exist (a context that is invariably changing and in constant evolution), to become more of a dogmatic framework that is not open minded, is not adaptable, is not flexible, and worst of all, is not sustainable.
