I will tell you a little bit about me.
I am Monica Gisella, a Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant from the American Institute of Vedic Studies. I have several years of experience in the field of health and fitness. I am passionate about living a balanced, healthy, and happy life and helping others do the same!
I could have never recognized the woman I became after years of bad habits.
Too much coffee.
Too much meat.
Too much stress and anxiety.
So, one day, I took matters into my own hands, and decided I’d recover my health on my terms.
Miraculously, I was given the healing gift of Ayurveda – The Science of Life – and my life changed forever.
I was able to restore my health and align my mind, body, and spirit with nature.
I also implemented into my life the principles of Intermittent Fasting, Fitness and Mindfulness. Because, I wanted to feel good in the inside, but also look good on the outside.
What did this process mean for me?
A healthy weight
And a willingness to LIVE!
That’s how the Prana With Love Method and the best version of myself were born.
I became certified as an Ayurvedic lifestyle Consultant from the American Institute of Vedic Studies, and have been living la vida veda -another way to say Ayurvedic Lifestyle – ever since!
Now, I want to share those same principles with you.
For the past few years I have worked with my clients to help them restore their health. I’ve done all the research and gone through the trial and error so you don’t have to.
