One of the key points I made is how, after being so sick, I looked for an alternative to restore my health. This alternative not only did reverse the damage I had done for years to my body, but didn’t cause any negative effects. I was hooked and never looked back.
Ayurveda changed me.
I am not the same person I was before I started practicing the ancient holistic medicinal system from India. Ayurveda made me a better person in the inside and outside.
I learnt new ways to feed my body that didn’t involve processed foods for the first time.
I learnt to balance my body with the appropriate amount and intensity of exercise.
I learnt that my mornings set the tone for my days. And my days for my life.
I learnt that elimination, that thing nobody wants to talk about, defines your health.
In my interview with Jasmine, I also talked on how I help my clients overcome different health issues and look their best with the help of my Healed and Sexy personalized program and 1-1 Ayurvedic consultations.
One of the things that motivate me every day to live a healthy lifestyle is to inspire and help others. To be honest, I don’t think I have ever felt such a great sense of contributing to the community than when I begun taking clients and offering them an individualized approach so they could feel and look amazing. These women are really my inspiration.
So, yes! I am super proud to show you this wonderful interview with one of the leader’s of the movement in the world.
