Well, my story actually starts a few years ago.

When my husband surprised me with a birthday trip to Jamaica and took a couple of photos of me in a bikini.

That’s when it hit me!

I looked awful, overweight, with severe acne, and bloated.

My hair was falling, I was stressed, and my liver was ill.

How could I have possibly gotten to that point?

I was fortunate enough to learn how to use Ayurveda and Intermittent Fasting to reverse the damage I did to my body for years!

But, I was so passionate about Ayurveda and sharing its wisdom with others that I became certified as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant from the American Institute of Vedic Studies.

So, I have spent the last five years using my personal and career experiences, as well as education, to help my clients overcome different health issues and give them the support they need to restore their health and make Ayurveda a part of their lives.

Will I be able to lose weight with this program?

Yes! Losing weight will be a natural side effect of living an Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Moreover, I take into consideration your age, physical activity, weight, and height to design your menus. That means if losing weight is your goal, that’s what you will achieve with my program.

I am too skinny. Will I be able to gain weight with this program?

Also yes! This program is customized to your constitution and fitness goals. Therefore, if you wish to gain some healthy weight, I make sure your calories and menus help you do that.

How many meals a day will I be eating?

You will eat two main meals a day and one snack. But, your intermittent fasting schedule and whether or not you have a small meal or snack in between will depend on your constitution and fitness goals. Your dosha and intermittent fasting schedules will be determined at the beginning of the program and all questions answered before you start.

Will the menus have variety?

Absolutely! They are varied, healthy, and delicious.

Are cheat meals allowed?

I believe in moderation and to make Ayurvedic cooking and living really a part of your life it’s super important to do it gradually. That’s why you will have a TREAT meal once a week (Saturday or any day you prefer according to your schedule) so you can eat the foods that you love and that are not included in the meal plans. I don’t call it a cheat meal but a “treat meal”. Anyways, you will be given a food list and principles of Ayurvedic combinations so you can avoid completely / rarely eat those foods that don’t sit well with your body type. Plus you will learn to naturally eat at 70-75% of your capacity.

What if I don’t like an ingredient in one of the meals?

Before starting, you will be given a questionnaire so I can better create your Ayurvedic meals. A question in there is about the foods that you don’t like. But, if you forgot to tell me, I can always provide you with substitutions.

I need to travel in the middle of the program. Can I pause it?

Yes! You just have to email me so we can rearrange the dates.
