I’ve tried many different fitness apps, but they never seemed to really care about what I was putting into my body. Therefore, I would end up just using them for workouts, not nutrition, which made achieving my goals much more difficult.

I used to have crazy bloating after eating the smallest thing. My bloating (and gas) got particularly badly with gluten. And believe me, I thought I was eating super healthy.
