About Prana

A. These terms apply to the Prana mobile or digital application (App), the website at https://pranawithlove.com (Website) and the associated Memberships, including programs and challenges, Ayurvedic Services, and Products provided through them (Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, and Products), which are owned by Prana Ventures LLC — EIN: 88-3478619 (‘Prana, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).

B. Prana operates on a membership model. Our memberships can be procured from the Prana website or through Apple and Google App Stores. Prana offers a variety of Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, and Products which are promoted via the Website and App.

C. The Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, and Products purchased through the Prana App are subject to these Terms and Conditions, but will not receive the same promotional gifts and benefits as purchases made through our Website.

D. Our Prana programs are generic programs based on 1) the three Ayurvedic doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and 2) the goal for fitness (gain muscle, get lean, or maintain weight) which you indicate to us via the App. Prana programs are general Ayurveda and fitness suggestions.

E. The recipes provided in Prana App have been created using generic guidelines for Vata, Pitta, and Kapha constitutions. One ingredient, or a few ingredients, used in a recipe are believed to pacify a dosha, according to Ayurvedic teachings, but these claims cannot be proven and are not guaranteed by Prana. There might be recipes in a menu, or ingredients used in a recipe, that can be considered as aggravating for your dosha or as pacifying, but still, they might cause you discomfort. It is your responsibility to replace the recipe, omit problematic ingredients, or substitute the ingredients with foods that do not cause you undesirable effects.

F. We do not provide individually tailored Ayurvedic, nutrition or fitness programs. Prana programs do not take into consideration your medical conditions or personal circumstances, whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or any other health or medical issues individual to you.

G. Prana does not offer face to face personal training and does not offer individually tailored exercise, fitness, or nutrition advice.

H. Prana does not guarantee any particular outcome as a result of your participation in or use of any of our Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products.

Risk warnings and disclaimers

A. Before starting any dietary or exercise program, including those supplied by Prana, you should make sure that you are physically able to participate in that program, and you must seek advice from your medical practitioner before starting any program.

B. Ayurveda is currently considered a form of complementary and alternative medicine in the United States and other countries around the world. Therefore, if you suffer from, or may suffer from, a medical condition or health concern, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, then it is especially important for you to consult your care provider before taking part in any of our programs.

C. Prana shall not, in any manner, be held responsible for any potential harm or side effect as a result of your participation in or use of any of our Programs, Ayurvedic Services, or Products.

D. You understand that during the course of a Program or Challenge there could be adverse effects or discomfort while undergoing and/or after a Program or Challenge and that these effects or discomforts are typically due to underlying health issues and may get corrected as you continue to follow the Program or Challenge.

E. Customers bear the responsibility of ensuring that the premises where exercise programs are undertaken are secure, clean, and suitable for the purpose of participating in and adhering to our fitness routines.

F. You acknowledge and agree that undertaking fitness and exercise routines and programs carries potential and obvious risks. While participating, you may be exposed to the risk of death or personal injury, including broken bones, soft tissue injuries (e.g., muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, nerves, fibrous tissue, and blood vessels), joint injuries, heart, lung, and breathing problems (and the aggravation of pre-existing conditions or injuries) due to various factors.

These factors include known or unknown health issues, previous injuries, pregnancy, engaging in activities that exceed your level of fitness and health, tripping or slipping — even over fitness equipment both at home and in a gym —, and attempting activities beyond your exercise capability.

G. We are not a medical organization, and as such, we cannot provide any form of medical advice or assistance. It is important to understand that any exercise and nutrition plans we offer should not be interpreted as medical advice; rather, they are generalized and intended solely for informational purposes.

H. Prana does not provide any guarantee that the Website and App will function on any specific device. Customers acknowledge and agree that the Website and App may experience malfunctions, interruptions, or unavailability from time to time, and that such occurrences are inherent risks associated with internet and electronic-based systems.

I. You are responsible for managing any food allergies or intolerances you may have. We shall not be held liable for any failure on your part to adhere to dietary restrictions related to a food allergy or intolerance, regardless of whether such restrictions are known or unknown.

J. Customers acknowledge and agree that the entire risk associated with their use of the App, Website, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products lies solely with them, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

K. Prana reserves the right to assign or transfer the rights and benefits under this agreement, as well as subcontract our obligations to a third party, either wholly or partially, at any time without requiring the approval of the Customer.

L. Prana reserves the right to transfer ownership of the App, Website, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products to any party without requiring the consent of the Customer. The Customer hereby consents to the transfer and disclosure of their personal and sensitive information, including health and financial information, to any purchaser of Prana or its business and assets.

M. The homemade remedies provided within this application are mere suggestions and not prescriptions. They are meant to complement and not replace any treatment plan prescribed by your primary healthcare provider. Prana app holds no responsibility for any adverse reactions or side effects that may arise from trying these remedies. Furthermore, it’s imperative that you always consult your primary healthcare provider before embarking on any new treatment plan, including those suggested within this application, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from any serious or chronic condition. Your health and safety are paramount, and Prana app does not assume any liability for misuse or unsupervised use of its suggested remedies. Ayurveda is a complementary form of medicine and, as such, it has not been scientifically tested in the same way as conventional medicines. 

Premium Membership

A. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to create an account, subscribe to a Premium Membership, or utilize any programs, challenges, Ayurvedic services, or products offered by Prana.

B. After purchasing the Premium Membership provided on Prana App, the purchaser will be granted access to all programs, premium features, and content, commencing on the purchase date.

C. When your Premium Membership concludes, you will no longer have access to all programs, premium features, and content.

D. Should your Premium Membership lapse before the completion of a program, you’ll lose access to all programs, premium features, and content. And will need to reactivate your Premium Membership to continue that program and have access to all programs, premium features, and content.

E. The Prana App’s Premium Membership cannot be put on hold or paused at any point.

F. The acquisition of a Premium Membership, Ayurvedic Service, or Product, as well as the participation in any Program or Challenge, is designated for your exclusive, individual use. You are prohibited from granting third parties access to any Programs, Challenges, Ayurvedic Services, or Products delivered to you through your Prana account.

G. As part of your Premium Membership, you may gain access to downloadable resources. In such a case, you are entitled to download and print a single copy of each item for personal use. Any copying or distribution beyond this is not permitted. Violation of this term may result in termination of your Premium Membership without any refund.

H. Upon enrolling in a Premium Membership, Prana provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and utilize the resources offered through the Premium Membership. This license is strictly intended for your personal use and enjoyment, in alignment with our terms and conditions.

I. You have the option to acquire a Premium Membership to the Prana app on either a monthly or an annual basis.

J. You must pay the Membership Fee in accordance with the billing frequency specified at the time of purchase: Annual or Monthly recharge.

K. The price of your Membership, as well as the currency in which your Membership is payable, will be specified during the checkout process and may vary depending on your country of residence. In addition to the Membership Fee, certain banks and card issuers may charge a foreign transaction fee on transactions that take place abroad or in a foreign currency, you are responsible for paying such fees;

L. The settlement of your membership fee may be managed either by us or by third-party processors. It’s essential to validate your payment details to enable the activation of your membership.

M. The membership fee will be directly deducted from your chosen financial institution or payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure the validity and currency of your payment details.

N. Your access to the Prana mobile or digital application (App) is conditional on you paying the Membership Fee.

Validity and Duration of Programs and Challenges

A. Once you enroll in a Program offered by Prana App, it will become available on the app two hours post-activation. The Program officially starts on the Monday following this activation, which is designated as the Start Date, as long as you have an active Premium Membership.

B. Challenges within the Prana App commence on a designated Monday, becoming accessible on the app seven days prior. Once enrolled, participants gain access to the specific Prana Challenge for its entire duration, commencing from the set start date as long as they have an active Premium Membership.

C. The duration of programs and challenges is subject to Prana’s discretion and may vary.

Terms of Use

A. By registering an Account with us, or using or accessing the App and Website you will be acknowledging and agreeing that you:

  • Have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them;
  • You are responsible for all costs incurred in relation to your usage of the App or website, including data usage fees and other telecommunications fees.
  • Consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes set out in these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy; and
  • Consent to receiving communications from us.

B. Prana may amend its terms and conditions occasionally and will post its amended terms on the Website and App. The date of posting the amended terms on the Website and the App will be the date the new terms come into effect and apply to you. Your continued use of the Website and the App, Programs, Challenges, Ayurvedic Services, or Products from Prana after posting of the amended terms will indicate your acceptance of the amended Terms of Service.

C. You affirm that all information and documentation provided to Prana is always true, accurate, and not misleading in any way.

Payments, refunds, and membership cancellation

A. When you download our app, you’ll have the opportunity to take our Goddess Archetype Quiz and engage in a 7-day Free Program (Free Trial). Upon completion of the Free Trial, you’ll be invited to become a Member by making a payment, thereby gaining access to additional programs, Premium features, and content. Without a Prana Premium Membership, these added benefits will be inaccessible. Each Customer is limited to one Free Trial, which cannot be transferred, repeated, or extended.

B. If you are diagnosed with a medical condition, including pregnancy, which prohibits you from using your Premium Membership, we require you to submit substantiating evidence to contactus@pranawithlove.com. Based on our discretion, we will either offer a refund or a credit equivalent to the unused portion of your Premium Membership. We reserve the right to decline any modifications, refunds, or credits unless you have promptly provided us with valid proof of your condition upon discovering your inability to participate.

C. Prana does not offer refunds for Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products under any circumstances, which include but are not limited to, accidental purchases, periods when the Membership remains unused, or any comparable situation or event. Exceptions are made only when a refund is legally mandated by the authorities in the United States.

D. At the point of purchase, customers are required to pay in full for all Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products ordered via the Website, using the available payment gateway.

E. To cancel your Premium Membership, you can do so by following the instructions provided within Apple Subscriptions or the Google Play Store. As these platforms are operated by third parties, we cannot facilitate the cancellation on your behalf. Any cancellation and potential refund of Prana’s Premium Membership fees will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of the specific App Store.

F. Upon cancellation of Prana’s Premium Membership, you will continue to enjoy access to the Membership services on the Prana mobile or digital application for the remainder of the paid duration.

G. We do not provide refunds or store credit for unused Membership periods, inadvertent purchases, or for any other reasons, unless it is mandated by law to do so.

In-app purchases

A. All in-app purchases are securely handled through our third-party payment gateway providers. For further details, we advise you to refer to their respective terms of service.

B. In-app purchases are purchased from and billed by the respective app store, not by us. You agree that (a) an in-app purchase is subject to the terms, conditions, and other licensing arrangements specified by that app store provider; (b) in-app purchases are processed securely via the payment gateway used by the relevant app store provider, and (c) you must refer to the app store provider directly with any payment-related issues you experience with an in-app purchase or return requests.

C. The cost of an in-app Premium Membership can differ depending on your location (determined by the device you use to access the Prana App). The amount you are charged will be based on the exchange rate calculated by the in-app provider at the time of purchase. This includes any charges, transaction fees, and taxes levied by the respective app store, for which you are entirely responsible.

Code of conduct

A. Customers (any person who registers an Account with us) must:

  1. Ensure that their login details for the Website and the App (including usernames and passwords) are kept confidential and not disclosed to any other party;
  2. Notify Prana immediately if you suspect or know that your Account has been accessed without your authorization;
  3. Accept responsibility for all activity on your Account that takes place using your login or password;
  4. Not use the Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products provided by Prana for any illegal purpose;
  5. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that involves the use, exploitation, or impact on the Prana Brand or Prana Intellectual Property. Except for instances where it’s necessary for your personal participation in a program or for your personal use of Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, and Products purchased through the Website or App.
  6. Not interfere with the enjoyment of another Customer;
  7. Not perform any fraudulent activity in connection with the App, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products;
  8. Not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or potentially damaging to our technology.

B. Some programs offer participation in private Facebook forums. Customers agree that at all times when participating in such forums or when posting about Prana on any social media platform they will:

  1. Treat other Customers and Prana staff and contractors with dignity and respect;
  2. You must refrain from displaying or participating in any activity that facilitates illegal actions.
  3. Not post, publish, distribute, or display sexually explicit images or words;
  4. Not promote violence;
  5. Not post, publish, distribute or display disparaging, humiliating, threatening, defamatory, harassing, abusive or discriminatory content.

C. Prana retains the absolute discretion to remove any social media content or information posted on any Prana social media platform that is deemed to violate the rules outlined in this agreement.

D. Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the data network access to use the Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products. Customers are also responsible for updating their devices to enable the use of the App, Website, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products. And they must perform the updates required by Prana to be able to use the App, Website, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products.

Suspension or termination of your account

A. Prana reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account or membership at any time if it deems that you have violated these terms and conditions or if such action is deemed appropriate.

B. Prana reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s Account by providing written notice via email. This action may be taken when a Customer is under investigation by Prana or is believed to be displaying or engaging in activities that facilitate illegal actions, depict sexually explicit images, promote violence, contain threatening, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory content.

C. Prana retains the right to modify or remove your membership from any Facebook or other social media groups associated with the app or website, as well as any posts you make on such platforms, at its absolute discretion and at any time.

Customer service

A. Customers can seek support by sending an email to support@pranawithlove.com. In the email, they should provide a comprehensive outline of the issue they require assistance with, including the nature of the problem, and attach copies or screenshots of any relevant documentation.

B. Customers can provide feedback about the App, Website, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products, and share their experiences with us by sending an email to support@pranawithlove.com. In the email, they should offer a comprehensive outline of their suggestions and include copies or screenshots of any pertinent documentation.

C. Upon receiving support or feedback emails, the Prana app will respond to customers via email within 48 hours.

Our liability to customers

A. The content provided on Prana App and Website, including Ayurvedic recipes, menus, and fitness plans, is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the content; however, we do not warrant or guarantee that the information is always current, complete, or error-free. Therefore, any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.

B. The information presented on Prana App and Website, including Ayurvedic recipes, menus, and fitness plans, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is essential to consult with a qualified healthcare provider or medical practitioner before making any significant changes to your diet, fitness routine, or lifestyle. Prana does not assume any responsibility for decisions made based on the information provided on the App and Website.

C. While we provide nutrition and fitness plans, Prana does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from following these plans. Fitness progress and individual responses may vary, and we cannot guarantee that you will achieve specific fitness or health goals.

D. Prana App and Website may contain links or references to third-party websites, services, or products. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, safety, or reliability of any third-party sites or services. Any interactions with third-party platforms are at your own risk, and Prana shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such interactions.

E. While we strive to maintain the functionality and availability of the Prana App or website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the app and website. Prana shall not be liable for any technical difficulties, including but not limited to server downtime, system malfunctions, or data breaches.

F. In no event shall Prana, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Prana App. This limitation of liability applies even if Prana has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

G. You agree to indemnify and hold Prana harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Prana App or website, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

H. By using Prana App or website, you hereby release Prana and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between you and other users or third parties.

I. Prana shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost data, lost Customer Content, personal injury, death, or property damage, in connection with or related to a Customer’s use of the Website or App, or any other goods or services provided in connection with Prana App, Website, Memberships, Ayurvedic Services, or Products.

J. These liability terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Prana App or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.


A. If any provision of these terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, under any law, such provision or part of it will be considered as not forming part of these terms. However, the legality and enforceability of the other provisions in these terms will remain unaffected and fully enforceable.


A. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Prana and Customers, replacing and superseding all other prior agreements or undertakings between the parties.

Intellectual property and ownership

A. The Prana App and its content, including nutrition and fitness plans, logo, trademarks, the Brand, and these terms and conditions, along with the content of the Website, Products, and any materials provided to you in connection with the App or website (collectively referred to as “Prana Intellectual Property”), shall always remain our property. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights under American law, international conventions, and other applicable laws.

The term “Brand” encompasses the distinctive appearance, image, goodwill, and reputation associated with our Website, App, and all other materials provided through them. This includes the Prana trademarks and their application to goods, services, and products. Additionally, it encompasses the unique image, brand positioning, and customer appeal created by the overall appearance, layout, general ambience, and presentation of the Website, App, and Products we offer through them.

B. You agree not to copy, publish, or reproduce the Prana Intellectual Property, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions.
