I can almost hear you thinking that we all have such busy schedules, that incorporating even only one of them is already a problem! We are busy people, in a busy world, but we wanna be fit and healthy, look good, and start our days focused and happy, right? And naturally, we ALL deserve to achieve those goals!

But, that of course, is not always possible because you may have to start thinking about a gym membership, commuting to and from there, or joining a yoga studio… I think you will agree with me when I say it’s pretty damn difficult.My YORKOUTS = YOGA + WORKOUTS will help you get the results you want because they take less than 20 minutes!

Can I be honest with you? More than having to decide between working out and doing some yoga, I really hate starting my day all rushed or with negative thoughts. I know my entire day depends on the tone I set for it in the morning. And you have probably already heard about meditation and its astounding benefits on your health.

Well, once I started practicing Ayurveda and meditating daily, that’s when it hit me that I really needed to set apart time for it every day. It wasn’t a matter of liking it or not anymore, but a necessity. Here is the main issue with that: time.   1. You won’t have to sacrifice working out for Yoga or meditation anymore.
  2. Together, we will do resistance training exercises that will target a specific muscle in your body. I love to Yorkout glutes and legs so the main focus will be on that, but I also offer upper body Yorkouts. You will define those muscles exactly how you want. We will use sometimes booty bands to increase the resistance.
  3. We will continue to do a few Yoga poses. They have been strategically incorporated for each Yorkout  to stretch those muscles we trained. The result? You will accelerate the speed of recovery, improve muscle strength, and increase flexibility! Now, flexibility is really important if we wanna have better range of motion in all the exercises we do.
